SEO and Henry Shader on Roller Skates

Today I am learning about SEO and ESO, my head hurts and I have no idea what it all means yet but I know I need to post something.

Henry Adolphus Shader the son of Charles H. & Annie Clark (Oliver) Shader was born October 1, 1891 in Kentucky and died September 23, 1969 in Kentucky.

The back says Henry Shader; This was made just after I defeated the Champion of Kentucky. I am wearing the Championship metal of KY now as the fastest on mile champion of Kentucky.

Boys Hunting Rabbit
One of my favorite Charles H. Shader Photographs

I will get back to you but the boy holding the Rabbits is named ____ Turner, and the boy pointing the gun is Charles H. Shader's son Henry Shader.

This original 1903 copy of this Photograph is posted for Sale on my Etsy page.  I do have another original mounted of this wonderful photograph to keep in my collection.

Family Photograph Day  about 1925 somewhere around Louisville, Kentucky.

This is one of the few Photos where Charles H. Shader is in front of the camera.


Charles H. Shader the son of Adolphus & Mary Frances (Forbis) Shader was born June 10, 1864 in Kentucky and died May 31, 1953 in Barren County, Kentucky. Charles married Annie Clark Oliver.

Annie Clark Oliver the daughter of William & Clara Garland (Bullock) Oliver was born July 15, 1866 in Glasgow, Barren County, Kentucky and died May 17, 1947 in Glasgow, Barren County, Kentucky.

Nell M. Richie the daughter of Thomas J & Lena (?) Ritchie was born September 1894 in Kentucky and died March 29, 1985 in Kentucky.

Howard Shader the son of Henry Adolphus & Nell (Richie) Shader was born July 4, 1914 and died October 4, 1979 in Kentucky. Howard Shader was the grandson of Charles H. Shader.

Charles Noel "Pete" Shader the son of Henry Adolphus & Nell (Richie) Shader was born April 8, 1917 and died March 14, 1996 in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky. Charles Noel Shader was the grandson of Charles H. Shader

Charles H Shader Armature Photographer

Charles H Shader the son of Adolphus & Martha Frances (Forbis) Shader was born June 10, 1864 in Kentucky and died May 31, 1953.  Charles married Annie Clark Oliver and had two children Henry Adolphus Shader born 1891 and Clara Shader born 1895.

Charles H Shader was an armature photographer and recorded some wonderful photographs.  The main theme of his collection being Family along the Green River in Kentucky.  The collection will be posted to Etsy as time allows.

The Green River of Kentucky; Camping Along the Green River; Large Catfish; Family and Friends; Swimming; Watermelon Eating are all favorite subjects of this photographer.


Three Generations of the Adolphus Shader family are shown in this photograph taken around 1903 along the Green River, Kentucky. The children are playing a game with the full attention of the adults especially grandpa.
